Our Story

My husband and I are married for a year and I still have not finished our wedding album, engagement album, or honeymoon album. Now that we're back from our anniversary trip I have that album to add to the collection above. Last night I cranked out a page for the Engagement Album. A little out of my comfort zone as I love to use Cricut and take up the entire page with pictures and embellishments. I kept it simple, but it still reflects my style.

Cricut Imagine Card

Do any of you have a Cricut Imagine? I was a little intimidated my Imagine when I first got it. I realized the only way to get over that was to get it out of the box and start using it. I forced myself to stop using my Expression to give the Imagine a little time. Now I pull them out at the same time to finish up projects and I love that I have both.

Here is a card that I made with my Imagine.

Who's Ready for Fall? This Girl!

I'm so excited that Fall/Autumn is right around the corner. This year my hubby and I are having Thanksgiving at our house. I've decided that I'm making most of my Fall/Autumn decorations and probably should have started months ago. But since, I didn't and I'm getting started now here are a few items that I've worked on.

Here is a Fall/Autumn wreath that I worked on this weekend! It's a small one that I wanted to start as my starter project. I was so happy with the finished project that I bought a few more to do a bigger one over our mantle. I created the rosettes by hand and cut out a few leaves with Cricut. After showing the finished project to my mother and sister they both want one as well!

Ray of Sunshine!

Sometimes you need just a little but of sunshine to make your day or for a special someone! This card was just that! For this card, I used yellow buttons, embossed the main white card with Cuttlebug, yellow ribbon, stamped a sentiment and inked the edges, and tied a little ribbon through one of the ribbons. For the sun I cut it out using my Cricut Expression with the Accent Essentials cartridge.

BOO - Happy Halloween

This is a card that, I made for a paper crafting challenge using my Cricut! This was a fun card to make since, I'm getting ready for Fall to get here. It was also very simple to make.

Catching Up!

So, I've been a little behind on my posting but hopefully,  I can get back into the swing of things and use this blog the way that I intended too.

I will be posting different cards, banners, and a wreath that I made just to get us back on track.
